Congratulations to all of our winners. Professional grand-prize winner Danell
Beede and amateur grand-prize winner Matt Jones will each receive a $500
Adorama gift certificate and a $250 Canson Infinity gift certificate. Beede
will also receive a one-week photography workshop at Anderson Ranch Arts
Center and a PhotoServe portfolio while Jones will receive a MatadorU full
curriculum Photography Course and one year of MatadorAccess.
Professional first-place winners Ben Moon, Kevin Arnold, Terry Shapiro
and Chris McLennan, and amateur first-place winners Matt Trappe, Ron
Henderson, Maria Bayadjieva and Alexander Gusev will each receive a
$100 Adorama gift certificate and a $100 Canson Infinity gift certificate.
The professional first-place winners will receive a PhotoServe portfolio
and the amateur first-place winners will receive one year of MatadorAccess for MatadorU. All first-place winners will receive a Nikon Coolpix
AW100 digital camera.
Winning images will be printed and displayed at the Outdoor Retailer
Summer Market trade show August 2 through 5, 2012, in Salt Lake City.
The gallery will be on display for the event’s 21,000 attendees which
includes 1,000 outdoor brand representatives and related media players.
In addition, the images will be featured in a special book published by the
China Photographic Publishing House in winter 2012 and displayed in an
upcoming print exhibition in China. Some accommodations to attend the
exhibition will be provided for our two grand-prize winners.
