is the photo editor
of Real Simple
magazine, where
she has worked
since 2004. During
her tenure at Real
Simple, the magazine
has received
numerous awards and nominations from
the Society of Publication Designers
(SPD), American Photography and the
Art Director’s Club. She served on SPD’s
2011 jury and has appeared as a guest
lecturer at the International Center of
Photography and the Fashion Institute
of Technology. Previously, she worked at
New York magazine.

is a photo editor and

She has been on
many sides of the industry, as an editor

representing photographers. She is
based in Austin, Texas.
JaMeS K. colton
is currently the
photography editor
for Sports Illustrated.
He began his career
in 1972 at the
Associated Press.
Five years later he
joined Newsweek and became the
director of photography in 1992. He
was the jury chairman for the World
Press Photo contest in 2005, received
an International Photography Award
and a Lucie Award for Picture Editor of
the Year in 2007, and was the recipient
of the Focus award for Lifetime
Achievement from the Griffin Museum
of Photography in 2010.

York City office, he
now splits his time on

London as well, most recently working
on campaigns for Stella Artois and

After dropping out of college

Kennedys front man Jello Biafra, he

indie and punk bands. He has also
created award-winning annual reports
and print campaigns for the boutique
advertising agency Eleven Inc.
Baker is currently the art director at
Taschen, where he has worked since
2005. His book collaborations include
deluxe limited editions with the likes
of Dennis Hopper, Ralph Gibson, Bert
Stern, Bettina Rheims, and Ellen von
Unwerth, and best-selling pop culture
titles such as the Eisner Award–
winning 75 Years of DC Comics and

patricK DoneHue
specializes in the
production and
management of stock
photography. He is a
former vice president
and has held creative positions at
both Getty Images and Corbis, and
is the past president of the Picture
Archive Council of America. Donehue
teaches photography at venues
throughout the world and is on the
faculty at the Art Center College of
Design in Pasadena, California.
KriSten WalSH
is an art buyer at
Arnold NYC. She
produces photo
shoots for fashion,
pharmaceutical,
still-life and
beauty clients. Walsh transitioned
to advertising after working at
various Condé Nast publications
including BRIDES and W. She enjoys
collaborating with photographers to
create award-winning imagery that
meets the needs of clients.

DanielS is the
senior creative
researcher at
one of London’s
busiest advertising
agencies,
Abbott Mead Vickers. She has worked
on award-winning campaigns for
many clients including Guinness and
Mercedes. She also curates a selection
of exhibitions within the agency and
has a special interest in pushing and
developing new talent. Daniels holds
an MA in photojournalism and is never
happier than when traveling the world
with her trusty camera.

spends
most of his
free time
collecting
rocks and
taking photographs with his two
daughters, Darcy and Louissa. His
photographs are in the permanent
collection of the Museum of Fine Arts,
Houston.

Kelton is
the owner of
Kelton Labs
which was
established
in 1989. His
lab is known worldwide for specializing
in the printing of fine black-and-white
gelatin silver prints. Kelton has printed
for many well-known photographers,
including Lillian Bassman, Danny Lyon,
Mary Ellen Mark and Larry Clark. He
teaches at the International Center of
Photography as well as at workshops
across the country. He is also a
photographer, and recently exhibited
his work at Robert Anderson Gallery
in New York City and is represented
by Causey Contemporary in Brooklyn,
New York.
